About Us
Surya Charitable Trust (SCT) is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to uplifting marginalized communities through comprehensive social development initiatives. Founded on the belief that true progress is achieved by empowering others, SCT operates with the mission to serve the underprivileged, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or region. Our programs encompass educational support for underprivileged children and orphans, healthcare initiatives, women and youth empowerment, elderly and disability care, environmental conservation, and community development.
Managed by a dedicated team of trustees and professionals with diverse backgrounds in social work, education, healthcare, and administration, SCT strives to implement sustainable programs that address the multifaceted challenges faced by disadvantaged populations. Our collaborative approach involves working closely with like-minded organizations, government bodies, and community stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and reach of our initiatives. Our concept is "What we can give to the world is the most important than what we have received from the world." As I came from a middle-class family, I witness that there are some poor children, old aged people, illiterate girls, widows and under poverty line, who really stand in need of liberation from the clutches of Poverty, illiteracy and in equality. I came from a rural background and was the victim of these vulnerable and pathetic situation of poverty in my childhood. Basing on my own struggled for existence I experience the depth of poverty in the society. My ambition is to render service to the unreached people those who are living under poverty line. So, I started my journey with SURYA CHARITABLE TRUST to serve the people those who are in need.

As we welcome you, the future leaders and productive citizens of the world, I would like to stress on our mission statement of grooming young minds and hearts as the pillar of advancement of a nation and hope of the future.
I am a simple man with very humble beginnings. As a family, we have always led a life of struggle, till each of us could stand on our own feet and fend for ourselves. Being well educated, we are fortunate that our journey has reached a point where we need not struggle for basic necessities anymore. But not everyone is so fortunate.
