SCT recognizes the plight of refugees, asylum seekers, and displaced communities, and is committed to protecting their rights and dignity. Our Refugee Assistance Program provides a holistic support framework that includes healthcare access, education for children, psychosocial counseling, legal aid, and livelihood training.
We work in partnership with UNHCR India (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), which provides critical resources, legal pathways, and documentation services for refugees. Our collaboration ensures that vulnerable families are not only protected but empowered to rebuild their lives.
Additionally, we partner with the Development and Justice Initiative (DAJI), which supports marginalized and displaced groups by helping them secure legal identity, basic entitlements, and access to justice. By addressing both short-term relief and long-term integration, SCT’s refugee support initiatives promote human rights, inclusion, and community resilience.

Our concept is "What we can give to the world is the most important than what we have received from the world." As I came from a middle-class family, I witness that there are some poor children, old aged people, illiterate girls, widows and under poverty line, who really stand in need of liberation from the clutches of Poverty, illiteracy and in equality. I came from a rural background and was the victim of these vulnerable and pathetic situation of poverty in my childhood. Basing on my own struggled for existence I experience the depth of poverty in the society. My ambition is to render service to the unreached people those who are living under poverty line. So, I started my journey with SURYA CHARITABLE TRUST to serve the people those who are in need.
As we welcome you, the future leaders and productive citizens of the world, I would like to stress on our mission statement of grooming young minds and hearts as the pillar of advancement of a nation and hope of the future.
I am a simple man with very humble beginnings. As a family, we have always led a life of struggle, till each of us could stand on our own feet and fend for ourselves. Being well educated, we are fortunate that our journey has reached a point where we need not struggle for basic necessities anymore. But not everyone is so fortunate.
